Founded by Tom and Christopher, owners of Lekka Retail Concepts, PALATE reflects their passion for curating spaces that feel like home—where friends can connect, relax, and savor life’s moments. Drawing from their extensive travels and eclectic tastes, Tom and Christopher have created an inviting environment that blends dining with the essence of community.
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), Chef and Sommelier Eddie Ledesma-Porter brings experience from The Ritz-Carlton Naples and Ocean Prime. He also boast more than a decade of beverage consulting across DFW, including Palate’s kitchen and wine program. He’s also the cofounder of May’s Eats Gourmet To Go in Corinth. You’ll find him guiding tastings and pouring this month’s selection for The Palate Society Wine Club. Ask him what he’s pouring tonight, he’ll have a story about it!
